What you get

• Ad Pack ($497 AUD): a competitor angle brief, 6 short videos, 4 static ads and copy for each.
• Fresh Creative ($297 AUD a month): 8 new ads each month, plus copy.
• We make the ads. We don't run, manage or pay for your advertising.

Delivery

We deliver within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Victorian public holidays excluded) of receiving your completed brief. If demand is high, checkout shows a later start date before you pay.

Tweaks

One round of tweaks is included per pack or month, requested through the revision form within 7 days of delivery. Further rounds are $97 each.

Results

Ad performance depends on your product, offer, budget, targeting and the ad platform, which we don't control. We don't guarantee sales, clicks or any other result.

Your information and claims

You confirm that what you tell us about your product, offer and reviews is true and that you have the right to use the logos, photos and other material you supply. We build ads from your brief and don't add claims you haven't given us.

How the ads are made

• We use AI tools for research and production, and a person checks every ad before delivery.
• We never present an AI or paid presenter as a real customer, and only quote reviews you supply.
• Music comes from commercially licensed libraries.

Ownership

Once paid, you can use the delivered ads for any purpose, for as long as you like. We may show them in our portfolio unless you tell us not to on the revision form.

Refunds and cancelling

• If we don't deliver, you get a full refund.
• If you're unhappy with a delivered ad, we'll remake it as part of your tweak round.
• Fresh Creative can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid month.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
